Our Mentoring Scheme runs in cohesion with our Student Ambassador Scheme. It combines mentoring with personal and professional development to support and invigorate the continued development of trans, non-binary and gender diverse young adults in corporate settings equipping them with the tools and support needed to thrive in their careers and beyond.

The Mentoring Scheme will consist of two phases:

The Blossom LGBT Foundation mentoring phase will run from June 2024 to October 2024 and will provide basic skills such as strengths and weaknesses analysis, goal setting, CV preparation and cover letter writing.

The Trans in the City mentoring phase will run from November 2024 to October 2025 and will provide individual mentoring, tailored to the mentees’ needs and goals for the future
