This allows us to bring a perspective that so many other support organisations are lacking - pragmatic solutions that work for business; real support for trans employees that works in the real business world and effective ways to help allies and people professionals deal with the complexities of supporting all staff, whether trans or not in an ever changing world.

Understanding how your trans and non-binary staff really feel about you as an organisation is key to both becoming an inclusive environment for everyone but also empowering the best performance from your employees.
Utilising our global corporate DEI experience across 77, our people team skills and with the optional help of accredited counsellors we can run listening sessions for your staff, either on your premises or at a neutral location to empower them to freely and openly discuss their challenges and sucesses, their experiences, good and bad, with your organisation.
We find discussing with us, members of their community, in a confidential setting, allows a far greater depth of discussion and far greater trust that they will be heard and understood. The results are always remarkable.
From the anonymised feedback we can then work with you to present the findings and create a strategic and pragmatic plan, if necessary, to implement changes needed.
